Health and Wellness Centre in Mārupe Lielā street 74, Mārupe
BackApplications are now being accepted for the rental of premises at the new Health and Wellness Center in Mārupe.
The centre is primarily intended to provide health and medical services, offering a functional and comfortable working environment for professionals in the field. We invite healthcare professionals, including gynaecologists, dentists, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, to join us.
The premises are also available to professionals in other fields who provide services aimed at improving wellness and quality of life, including beauty salons, manicure and pedicure services, hairdressers, and other similar service providers.
The layout of the premises can be adapted functionally and technically to tenants’ individual requirements, ensuring full access to utilities that meet healthcare and service provision standards.
A conceptually cohesive and high-quality spatial environment is being created as part of the development, featuring a complementary mix of tenants. Tenants will be selected on the basis of strategic criteria in order to create a functionally balanced and economically sustainable ecosystem for the centre.
The project site has been chosen in the rapidly growing and easily accessible town of Mārupe, which offers significant development potential.
The basic construction plans have been approved by the Mārupe Region Construction Board. The centre is scheduled to be commissioned and commence operations in the second half of 2027.
