BackThe construction project involves the design of a new grocery store with a total floor area of 552.9 m2 and the landscaping of the site. The building has a slim, square shape with a gabled roof, emphasising the entrance area. The architectural form and tone of the existing café building, which is to be retained, are integrated into the visual and spatial design of the development, creating a unified complex within the urban environment.
The building is being constructed to provide local residents with a wider range of shopping options. The store building is designed to house a sales area, in accordance with the technology specified by the client, as well as toilets for visitors and a functionally separated delivery area for the store’s needs. The area is planned to be developed by renovating the existing public spaces and providing a large car park for customers and a delivery zone for the store.
