BackWhen designing the store, the external image and interior design of the building were adapted to modern trends – a new concept was developed for the shopping centre, combining everything a family needs under a single roof in several stores: ELVI, AlkOutlet, Pepco, Eiroaptieka.
Architectonically the new image emphasizes the external load-bearing wooden structures and the main entrances to both buildings.
Great attention has been paid to the landscaping of the parking lot, providing spacious green zones. They not only improve the visual appeal, but are also functional, as for rainwater purification and infiltration from the parking lots, specially selected plants have been planted in the greenery. For the convenience of visitors, a pedestrian promenade with outdoor trade kiosks and benches has been created. The children’s playground located between the buildings will provide fun moments also for the smallest visitors.
A two-sided LED screen is planned to be installed in the parking lot of the shopping centre, so that during the summer months visitors can enjoy concerts, hockey or football games there, thus actually implementing the slogan of the shopping centre "For our people!" (Par savējiem!).
